"That's the role of the owner - to remind everyone the only boss is him and we should be working for the best interests of the club - not individuals"
As well as praising all the Abramovich as done for the club he mentioned his frustration at the rotation of managers and how he had to keep starting from scratch to impress and convince new managers that he was good enough to play in the first team. I think Kalou is right in what he says. People may criticise the transfer policy at the Bridge and the amount of money spent; they may criticise the firing and hiring of so many managers in a short space of time, which is frustrating for supporters as well as players but Abramovich as helped this club through its most successful period ever. Whatever his flaws are he has been the best thing to ever happen to Chelsea football club.
